Hi, I’m Polly, and when I’m not at Oak Therapies you’ll probably find me swimming in the sea—yes, even in winter! My journey here has taken me across the world, from coaching hockey in Canada and Australia to running my own OT practice, before returning home to the UK.

Since qualifying as an OT in 2008, I’ve worked across disability, paediatrics, mental health, and sensory integration. What drew me to Oak Therapies is the chance to combine all that experience with a natural, outdoor approach that just makes sense to me.

Although I’m fairly new here, I’ve already seen how powerful this setting is for therapy. It’s an exciting time to be part of Oak Therapies, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for our team and the families we support.
