Hi, I’m Carys, and I’ve spent over 10 years working with children and young people in both mainstream and special education. My studies led me to a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, inspired by the resilience and potential I saw in every child I worked with.

Now, as both a therapist and a mum to two adventurous little ones, I bring creativity, play, and a child-centred approach into everything I do. Whether it’s through baking, arts and crafts, or imaginative games, I make sure therapy feels fun and meaningful.

Joining Oak Therapies has been a dream because it means working with a team that shares my values. I’m excited to grow here, learn from my colleagues, and—most importantly—support children and families in ways that make a real difference.
