Groups

We are able to deliver therapeutic groups as part of our therapeutic service.

These are led through a number of therapeutic programmes such as our 8-week mindfulness programme, assertiveness groups and equine therapy groups.

Additionally, we can create a bespoke group to meet your range of services. You can set the goals that you wish to require from the group and choose the time period for when the programme takes place, for example, these can be for children during term times or holidays.
