We provide integrative yoga, somatic movement, and sensory activities within the tranquillity of our outdoor environment. These activities support children and teens in building greater capacity and resilience.

We teach children-specific breathing strategies, yoga poses and somatic movements to support them in relaxing, resting and digesting. Further benefits include: reducing anxiety, releasing difficult emotions and tension in the body, developing healthier sleep patterns, and improving mood and behavior.
